In this role, the primary responsibility is interacting with potential new social security clients and gathering essential information about their legal matters. The primary responsibilities of a law firm intake specialist may include :
- Acts as the first point of contact for potential clients, either through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings. They communicate with clients to understand their legal needs, listen to their concerns, and gather relevant details about their cases.
