- Represent clients at disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges, providing compelling arguments and presenting evidence to support their claims.
- Prepare and file appeals on behalf of clients whose initial claims have been denied, and guide them through the appeals process.
- Review medical records, gather evidence, and assess the strength of client's disability claims against current social security disability rules and regulations.
- Negotiate with Social Security Administration representatives to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
