SUMMARY:
This position is accountable for delivering revenue growth, business development, & sales at a Shoot 360 facility, ensuring a strong ownership mentality as the GM will report to the Franchise Owner. This role demands a keen awareness of daily activities, with a focus on maintaining the facility’s success, managing staff performance & productivity, and delivering exceptional customer service and embodying the Shoot 360 core Values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with Franchise Owner to build, align, and/or monitor the tracking of the business proforma by meeting weekly and using the Shoot 360 tools provided for you (BPM/Playbook).
- Oversees the revenue growth, business development, & sales of the facility.
- Build strong relationships with members, staff, & grassroots community to grow lead generation.
- Manage leads through administering “Daily CRM (Customer Relations Management) Assessments”
- Organize and plan all marketing initiatives for the facility (any promotions, member appreciations, events, etc.).
- Set direction by using staff drivers to deliver financial results using our full product menu: Memberships, Leagues, Personal Training, Camps, Clinics, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, and more.
Experience of “The Shoot 360 Way”
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of daily/weekly/monthly facility functions to maximize facility profit and loss goals.

- Responsible for employee retention through training, staff development, and facility mentorship.
- Responsible for facility customer service. This includes but is not limited to: billing, phone calls, providing goodwill relationships with customers, staff, and coaches.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferred. 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees in a team environment - preferred.
