We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Childcare Provider for our Pre-K and 3-Year-Old Room. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fostering a nurturing and educational environment while helping children grow and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that support early learning and development
• Create a warm, welcoming, and structured classroom environment
• Engage with children through play, hands-on activities, and guided instruction
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom, following all childcare regulations and guidelines
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions

Qualifications:

• Experience working in early childhood education preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices
• Ability to plan and execute fun, educational activities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
