JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing Support: Assist in executing email campaigns, promotions, managing ads, and social media updates.
· Product Listings: Maintain and update product descriptions, images, and pricing across eCommerce platforms.
· Inventory Coordination: Assist in updating inventory levels and coordinating with fulfillment partners.
· Order Management: Process and track customer, returns and refunds to ensure timely fulfillment.
· Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat promptly and professionally.
Other Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining records.
· Reporting & Analysis: Generate and review reports related to sales, customer service trends, and inventory levels at fulfillment partners.
· Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
· Objective: Works closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Operations, and Logistics, to ensure an all-encompassing customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce.
· Proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, or similar
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
· Experience with CRM is a plus.
