Shootday, a global photography, videography, and production platform, is looking for a skilled Live Stream Operator to manage and execute live streaming events in Orlando, Florida.

The ideal candidate will set up and operate live-streaming equipment, ensuring smooth broadcasts on platforms like YouTube
Your Responsibilities
- Set up and configure live-streaming equipment, including multiple cameras, microphones, and a Blackmagic switcher.
- Link and synchronize two or more cameras to ensure smooth transitions during the broadcast.
- Operate the Blackmagic ATEM (or similar) switcher to manage camera angles, transitions, and overlays in real time.
- Monitor and troubleshoot streaming quality, ensuring a stable internet connection and high-quality video output.
- Collaborate with other videographers when needed
- Manage live streaming on YouTube, including scheduling, starting, and monitoring the live broadcast.
- Perform pre-event tests to ensure all equipment and connections are functioning correctly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the Shootday team
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with live streaming equipment and platforms, particularly YouTube Live.
- Proficiency with Blackmagic ATEM switchers or similar devices.
- Strong understanding of video and audio equipment, including cameras, mixers, and microphones.
- Reliable transportation to get to event locations
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
