Job Summary
Provides exceptional service to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivers STAR Service, following the steps of:

1. Smile and Greet.
2. Take Care of Needs.
3. Anticipate, Ask and Act.
4. Remember to Thank and Close.

• Performs position-specific STAR service expectations, as outlined by the department.

Listens and responds to guests' concerns to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. Refers guests to the appropriate department or function for issue resolution.

Provides excellent service to ensure our guests' expectations are being met. Ensures orders are taken and delivered in a timely manner. Enters orders into the system. Checks to make sure the kitchen received the order. Buses and pre-buses tables.

Maintains and organizes the area for daily operations, including ordering, restocking, and setting up the restaurant. Keeps work areas clean, adhering to sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment.

Education & Experience
No minimum education or experience required; one month of experience preferred. Ongoing education may be required for certain positions. This will be outlined upon hire by the specific department.

Gaming license required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of promotional programs offered by the casino.
• Knowledge to maintain a positive attitude under stressful situations.
• Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with external and internal guests.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures of the Shooting Star Casino.
• Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, hear, and to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to communicate with team members.

Working Conditions
Frequent loud to moderate noise level. Frequent warm and cold temperatures. Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Frequent cross-training in all areas.
