We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who wants to join our engaging team and amplify our brand voice across all paid platforms.

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and Klayvio . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive new customer acquisition while maintaining a profitable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). This role requires a data-driven individual with a deep understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategies, and budget allocation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to drive sales and maximize ROAS.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives while maintaining profitability.
  • Implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve ad efficiency and customer acquisition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our advertising strategies remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify email and SMS marketing opportunities and use the available data to profitably segment these audiences for optimal digital delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, specifically on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition through paid media.
  • Expertise in audience targeting, bid strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klayvio and other tracking tools.
  • Experience with A / B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
  • Familiarity with additional platforms like TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or YouTube Ads.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
