Job Description :

Talulah has an opening in our Customer Service department. The opening is for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with our online store. Hours are from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We seek candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and communicates well over the phone and through e-mail. This position has the potential to provide benefits (Health insurance, salary, etc.) based on job performance and business needs.

Responsibilities :

Promptly and professionally respond to incoming phone calls and emails with a goal of providing an exceptional customer experience.
Data entry within various computer applications, including our online platform (www.shoptalulah.com).
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
Work and own the customer journey to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Become an expert on our product.
Continuously assess and improve customer service processes to enhance the customer experience.
Process and track customer returns
Assist customers with their orders.
Genuine interest and action in helping others before yourself, regardless of recognition or reward.
Approach daily tasks, projects and follow-up communication with energy and sense of urgency.
Cultivate a deep desire to become a knowledge expert in their role with the ability to apply their knowledge and experience with great impact.
Consistent eagerness to listen, learn, apply knowledge and accept critical feedback.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
Ability to apply concepts of basic math, grammar, punctuation and spelling.
Demonstrate pride and ownership of their work while meeting expected deadlines.
Any additional tasks or duties as assigned.

Required Skills :

Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Stellar written and verbal communication skills – you aren’t afraid to hop on the phone, write an email, or send a chat to help a customer

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit! You’re ready to jump in – no job is too big or too small

Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement

Experience in startup eCommerce environment a plus

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours : 32 – 40 per week
