Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Manager Assistant to support our Influencer Management team in executing impactful campaigns and fostering strong relationships with influencers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and helping brands connect with their target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Influencer Recruitment and Management:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers that align with the brand's values and campaign objectives.
- Maintain and update influencer databases, ensuring accurate records of contracts, deliverables, and communications.
- Coordinate influencer outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing influencers, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor content creation to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Track campaign performance metrics and compile reports for review.
- Relationship Building:
- Act as a point of contact for influencers, addressing their inquiries and providing ongoing support.
- Help foster long-term partnerships by engaging with influencers and maintaining positive relationships.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage contracts, NDAs, and payment processing in collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist with event planning, such as influencer activations or live-streaming sessions.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Provide insights to the team on new platforms, tools, and potential collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school degree and higher
- Proven experience in social media or influencer marketing (internships or 1 years preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with influencers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media management tools.
- Passion for social media trends and influencer culture.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
