Accounts Payable Specialist

• Conduct all aspects of the weekly check run and processing of weekly payments and wires.
• Accurately process invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Create and maintain payment schedules.
• Generate Accounts Payable reports for responsible team members.
• Manage payment of utility accounts.
• Maintenance of PA Tax Exemption Forms, W9’s and Certificate of Liability Insurance forms.
• Completion of credit applications for new vendors.
• Manages US Sales Commissions.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
• Maintain system vendor file.
• Responsible for month end accounting parameters.
• Consistently exercise discretion and independent judgement in carrying out listed job duties.
• Assists other team members as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualification

Education and Experience

Associates Degree in Accounting or 3 to 5 Years experience required

Knowledge Of SAP Or Other ERP Experience Preferred
