Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
- Create visually engaging motion graphics and animations for brand channels.
- Prioritize aesthetics and operate with close attention to detail ensure high caliber of output.
- Collaborate with team members to outline project goals, bring innovative ideas to the table, and deliver creative solutions.
- Conceptualize and storyboard animations that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Utilize video and animation software tools such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D to edit, illustrate and animate motion projects.
- Work with existing images and video to deliver on reactive content as needed.
- Shoot original content when necessary to fulfil storytelling requirements.
- Incorporate typography, visual effects, color grading and sound design to content.
- Customize assets to be optimal across various platform aspect ratios and screen sizes.
- Continuously monitor industry and social trends, refining skills and exploring new ways to tell visual stories that innovative and are best-in-class.
- Research and compile social trends, ideas, competitors best-in-class examples, and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content.
- Manage multiple projects at a time, delivering on deadlines and within allocated resource.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and customer metrics into insights that inform creative decisions.

Basic Qualifications
- Degree in visual design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, knowledge of 3D software is a plus.
- Expertise in video color grading.
- Familiarity with the latest media techniques and technologies.
- Strong visual mindset and understanding of the wider landscape of fashion video
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video.
- Knowledge of current trends and internet culture.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate and document technical processes and issues.
- Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Expertise in tools and processes for creative assets and content workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
