Shopbop is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual to join our Studio Operations Team. This entry-level role supports both internal and external customers by managing all inventory moving in and out of the photo studio.
Responsibilities:
- Prep all inventory coming into the studio, including steaming and preparing inventory labels.
- Inspect and repackage all inventory leaving the studio.
- Act as the primary contact for warehouse staff in locating inventory currently in the studio.
- Manage aging inventory to ensure inventory is returned to the warehouse in a timely manner.
- Inspect, repackage, and receive all inventory returned from our New York Studio.
- Ensure that damaged inventory is not available for sale and is routed to the appropriate team.
- Assist organization on feature shoots and special projects as needed.
