What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk\Sales position at Shope Concrete?
The front desk/sales position will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers and being the first point of contact for addressing customer issues. The position will work with the customer, managers and other operational personnel to make proactive recommendations and adjustments to facilitate the operation.
Responsibilities: Front Desk/Sales
- Works one on one with customers
- Act as a first point of contact in addressing customer issues.
- Participate with Sales Managers in setting yearly sales goals
- Maintain logs showing quotes given to customers
- Search the plan centers daily for new jobs
- Create quotes from take-off's
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Sales/Customer Support experience preferred
- Must have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through ability
- Strong organization and multi-task skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be familiar with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
