WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviorsDesign and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideasCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and user-friendly productsTest and iterate on product designs to continuously improve the user experienceStay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniquesWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Bachelor's degree in design or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in UX designStrong portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered design solutionsProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience working in an Agile development environmentGOOD TO HAVE :
Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web designUnderstanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with user testing and research methodologiesWHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US :
