ShopMy is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our Creator Growth team, focused on driving net-new creator activation through inbound channels. This role will play a critical part in identifying and surfacing high-potential creators already in our ecosystem and ensuring we have the right systems in place to prioritize and convert them into active, high-performing ShopMy users.

Responsibilities..
Own the Inbound Pipeline
- Monitor and manage the inbound creator waitlist, identifying and prioritizing promising creators for outreach and demo scheduling
- Source and vet creators signed up via brand referrals to expand the pool of relevant prospects
- Build and continuously refine scalable processes to qualify, surface, and activate top-tier creators
- Maintain clean creator tracking and documentation, ensuring up-to-date data hygiene across systems
- Run targeted queries to uncover untapped opportunities within our creator ecosystem
- Partner closely with the activation, marketing, and performance teams to align on creator growth strategies
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the marketing and outbound teams based on real-time inbound insights (e.g. geo trends, vertical patterns, "how did you hear about ShopMy" responses)
- Ensure strategies are cohesive across departments and optimized for creator conversion
- Contribute to growth experiments that test new creator qualification models or pipeline levers
- Assist in rolling out new initiatives tied to creator segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle improvements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–2 years of experience in growth, marketing, partnerships, or a data-driven operations role (experience in the creator economy or SaaS preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a systems-oriented mindset
- Comfortable navigating and synthesizing data to drive decision-making
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and/or lead tracking systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Curious, analytical, and proactive — you're always thinking one step ahead
- Passion for the creator economy and enthusiasm for supporting creators at scale
