What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at SHOPPERS SERVICE?
Experienced Patient Care Coordinator needed to work in an office setting at our Rome, NY Location. Patient Care Coordinator needed to work in our Diabetic Therapeutic Shoe Program. We specialize in Shoes and Orthotics for Diabetics.
Duties/Requirements are as follows:
- Greet Patients upon arrival
- Answer phones and set appointments
- Check eligibility and verify Patients Insurance
- Prepare Claims for billing
- Follow up with Doctors Offices to get the required forms and signatures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Must be well organized, able to work independently, and have good communication and active listening skills.
Must be kind, friendly and compassionate, and able to take care of Patient's needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
