- Execute merchandising directives and planograms provided by the Merchandising Manager .
- Stay informed about farm and ranch fashion trends and share insights with customers and the team.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
- Work with the store manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
