• Conduct employee orientation and training programs
• Interview, hire, and manage store staff
• Oversee inventory management including buying, pricing, and organizing products
• Supervise daily store activities to meet sales goals

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management

• Previous experience as a retail clerk is a plus
