The Seagate Golf Club is seeking a dedicated Turf Technician I to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team. As a vital member of our team, you will engage in various activities involved in Golf Course Management, ensuring perfect playing conditions for our members and guests.
Turf Technician I Responsibilities:
Perform essential tasks such as walk mowing greens and tees, raking bunkers, string trimming, and edging to maintain optimal playing conditions.
Work on various landscapes and prepare areas for seed or sod installation with precision and care.
Remove trash and debris from all areas of the property to uphold cleanliness standards.
Keep work areas and equipment clean and well-maintained.
Adhere to all Golf Course Maintenance uniform policies and maintain a professional appearance.
Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and initiative in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.
Consistently achieve high work standards with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
Basic knowledge of tools and concepts used in Golf Course Maintenance.
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.
