About the Role:You will effectively direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Front End Department and its Associates to achieve the Department’s goals (i.e. sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement) under the direction of the Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold and enforce all company policies, local, state, and federal laws and regulations, particularly those related to food safety and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Engage customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, promoting sales and charitable activities.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of department associates, fostering a culture of teamwork and engagement.
• Portray a professional appearance and be a positive role model for all Associates in the department in accordance with the Company Dress Code Policy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 60 lbs
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
