Delivering exceptional customer experiences is our goal, along with providing accurate, friendly, and efficient service. We collect and return carts from the parking lot and assist customers with their groceries as needed.
- Read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English proficiently.
- Stand or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
- Tolerate dust and cleaning agents during routine housekeeping duties.
- Work all assigned schedules and comply with time and attendance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the floor clear of debris and spills.
- Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service.
- Handle damaged or return-to-stock products according to company policy.
- Perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Dress and groom according to company policy.
- Maintain equipment and report any problems immediately.
- Complete all applicable department training programs.
- Regularly lift, pull, push, and rotate merchandise that weighs 25 lbs.
- Understand and adhere to company shrink guidelines.
- Work overtime as assigned.
