Appliance Sales Associate

As an Appliance Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing appliances, answering product-related questions, and delivering outstanding service. You will also help maintain the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide product information on a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements.
• Process transactions, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current product offerings, features, and promotions.
• Assist customers in setting up delivery or installation services.
• Keep sales floor organized and ensure that displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Stay current on industry trends and new product releases.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
