- Policy Innovation & Compliance:
- Develop & Implement: Create and enforce innovative nursing policies that comply with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct Audits: Regularly audit and inspect nursing services to maintain the highest healthcare standards.
- Program Excellence:
- Design & Implement: Develop cutting-edge nursing programs aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing care delivery.
- Evaluate & Optimize: Continuously assess program effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
- Quality Assurance & Improvement:
- Monitor & Assess: Ensure the quality of nursing care by promptly addressing issues and implementing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Licensing: Valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing or Health Services Administration.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic health records.
