POSITION SUMMARY
The Installer at Shore Industries is responsible for assisting with the installation of shade structures and porch enclosure systems. Reporting directly to the Lead Installer, this role focuses on executing installation tasks efficiently and ensuring that all work meets the company’s high standards. The Installer will work closely with the installation team to perform site preparation, equipment setup, assembly, and final inspection. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to follow instructions while contributing to a collaborative and productive team environment.

OBJECTIVES
- Assist in the installation of outdoor living shades and enclosures, ensuring all products are installed correctly and operational.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment during installations.
- Work closely with the Lead Installer and team members, following instructions and contributing to an efficient workflow.
- Ensure all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are prepared, organized, and in good working condition.
- Perform quality checks under the guidance of the Lead Installer to ensure all installed equipment meets Shore Industries’ standards.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during installation, escalating challenges to the Lead Installer as needed.
- Represent Shore Industries professionally during installations, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the Lead Installer on ways to improve installation processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with hand tools or construction equipment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment, typically up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier loads requiring team lifting or mechanical assistance.
