Whitetail Club is situated on the sandy shores of Payette Lake in beautiful McCall Idaho, we are a family-friendly atmosphere often described as being fun, spirited, warm and caring. The majority of our members return each summer to a place they call home. All of our staff specialize, and are well-qualified, in one of the myriad of activities we have at Whitetail Club.
CIRCUIT TRAINING SUMMARY:
Circuit Trainers, come join the Shore Lodge Whitetail Club where we aren’t just about going through the motions of a workout, it’s about having a healthy lifestyle and attitude. Our athletic trainers encourage and motivate our members and guests to look at fitness as a positive element in a healthy life. Our Circuit Training Program provides members and their guests with instruction in the techniques, and strategies in body conditioning, endurance training or resistance training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. We provide instruction to single individuals or small groups of members and their guests organized according to age and fitness level. Small group instruction is stressed to provide individual evaluation to maintain fitness goals.

You have a passion and drive for health, wellness and fitness, you are outgoing and professional and you keep customer service at its highest level for members and guests, and you have a willingness to have fun in a safe learning environment.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Accurately assess clients at the start of their fitness journey, compiling reports and developing fitness goals
- Instruct both private and group circuit training
- Support the development and delivery of fitness programs
- Assist members and guests in reaching individual fitness goals
- Ensure the safety of clients during training sessions
- Motivate clients who have reached a plateau or are seeking additional motivation
- Assist with site maintenance in preparation for fitness classes
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Overall positive attitude coupled with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- A focus on client satisfaction
- An interest in staying up to date on the latest trends in the fitness industry
- Athletics Training: 1 year
- Athletics Instruction: 2 years
- CPR Certification
