SUMMARY:
Instructs individual and group pickleball lessons, and keeps customer service at its highest level for members and guests.
PICKLEBALL INSTRUCTOR SUMMARY:
Our Pickleball Instructor has an outgoing personality, holds consummate professionalism and has the willingness to have fun with students. Our Pickleball Program provides members and guests with instruction in the relevant rules, skills, competition techniques, and strategies in Pickleball. We provide instruction to single individuals or small groups of guests organized according to age and skill level. All necessary equipment is provided. Previous coaching and/or college-level players are preferred but not required. All of our staff specialize, and are well-qualified, in one of the myriad activities we have at Whitetail.
Small group instruction is stressed to provide guests with individual practice and drills to learn and develop skills.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Instruct both private and group pickleball lessons
- Participate in community and/or charity events as necessary
- Keep accurate records and schedules
- Assist with court maintenance and facility
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Athletics: 1 year
- At least 1 year experience in pickleball instruction
- Candidates must have proven job stability through strong work history
- Maintain an overall positive attitude coupled with excellent communication skills
