Shore Physicians Group is seeking Night Shift Advanced Practice Professionals to join our expanding team of Hospitalist Providers at Shore Medical Center, located in Somers Point, NJ. With Base Compensation, Production (wRVU) Bonus, Quality Bonus and Additional Shift Stipend, this position offers the opportunity to maximize your income as part of a strong, supportive team. The schedule of 7-nights on / 7-nights off, plus generous PTO, offers you flexibility and the opportunity to travel and enjoy our area beaches, nightlife, restaurants and entertainment on your weeks off.

Job Summary:
- Responsible to provide direct patient care, independently with support of Nocturnist
- Work in collaboration with Nursing and Multi-Disciplinary Team
- Provide patient and family communication
Requirements:
- Have, or ability to obtain, valid NJ State Board A.P.N. license, CDS and DEA
- Patient clinical management skills
- Excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal and written communication
- Experience and comfort working with physicians one-on-one
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an acute care setting (RN experience acceptable), experience in a Hospitalist Program, Critical Care or Emergency Department preferred
