Position: Catering Cook
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Execution: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes tailored to specific events, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Menu Innovation: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement diverse menus that cater to various client preferences and event themes.
- Event Adaptability: Set up and manage cooking stations at various event venues, adhering to event-specific requirements and client requests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize guests’ dining experiences.
- Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food handling and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in the restaurant and/or banquet industry.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events occur at various times throughout the week.
- Culinary Skills: Proficiency in various cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling.
- Team Player: Strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the role.

- Specialized Expertise: If you have a specific culinary focus or skill set, such as expertise in a particular cuisine or baking, please highlight this in your resume.

- Pay Structure: Hourly wage with additional bonuses distributed throughout the season.
- Seasonal Workload: Full-time hours during the bustling summer season, with part-time opportunities available during the off-season.
