Job Summary :

As a Psychologist, you will be an integral part of delivering expert social work services to patients and their families. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will address the psychosocial needs of individuals facing challenges. This role provides a unique chance to make a positive impact.

Opportunities Available : Hagerstown, Maryland, Sabillasville, Maryland & Cumberland, Maryland

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning of youth.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses based on assessment findings and collaborate with other team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
• Offer support and guidance to families, caregivers, and other stakeholders involved in the care of youth and / or adults.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of child and adolescent psychology.
