Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role involves assisting Relationship Managers in managing substantial portfolios, tracking production metrics, and uncovering opportunities to cross-sell products and services. Essential Functions Include
- Supporting Relationship Managers to achieve target sales goals, including loan production, deposit production, and referral goals by participating in customer and prospect business calls.
- Work with Loan Portfolio Specialist to keep customer financial files current, specifically collection of annual required financials.
- Works with the branch managers to ensure that relationship reviews are conducted on an annual basis.
- Uncover opportunities to cross-sell products and services within the assigned loan portfolios.
- Work with the branch and commercial services team to ensure new account and treasury management documentation is collected and saved.
- Addresses customer needs as appropriate.
- Assists in the preparation of credit memos and facilitates communication between underwriter, relationship manager/portfolio manager and client for new requests and annual renewals.
- Manages opportunities in nCino for the sales staff.
- Track production, referrals, and pipeline reports in nCino.
- Supports branch staff with lending needs, concerns, and questions.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
- Participates in required training sessions, including training for compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures.

- Full-time.
- Exempt.
- Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial banking.
- Knowledge of the loan process, lending regulations and loan documentation preferred.
- Strong time management, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment.
- The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $114,000 annually.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
