Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Growth Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving business development and expanding our client base through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales and have a passion for building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Salary/Hourly plus unlimited commission structure and bonus potential. We have been in business for over 35 years and have the best client portfolio of any company competing in our field/territory. Many commission paying hot leads provided weekly, plus bonuses for upselling any of our add-on services. We are also rolling out a new service line utilizing drone technology for a safe and more cost effective method of cleaning high surfaces. Ideal position for retired or semi-retired individual or university student.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
- Engage in outside sales efforts, meeting with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Manage territory sales and ensure effective territory management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Provide technical sales support as needed, ensuring clients understand product features and benefits.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
- Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with cold calling strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in industries that require specialized knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
