Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows for commercial and high end residential properties all over Delmarva. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, or as part of a team. Fully equipped vehicle and all training is provided. Candidate must be able to carry and climb up to a 28 foot ladder and operate up to a 40 foot water fed pole.
Position will run from April through July, and possibly longer depending on candidate’s performance and needs of the company.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine window cleaning duries in commercial buildings, including offices, storefront and restaurants.
- Pressure cleaning of homes, including decks, patios, driveways, and sidewalks.
- Perform exterior and/or interior cleaning of windows in private homes
- Climb ladders and remove debris from up to second story buildings.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
Requirements
- Must possess good driving record and take pride in all work performed.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
