Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and have a passion for achieving sales targets.
We pay more than any other roofing company in this area with 15 Percent commission pay on every sale to start with and room to grow within the company and many bonuses. Pay will increase based on performance. Leads will be self generated at the 15 percent and leads will be given at 10 percent commission.
Responsibilities
- This job is a door to door sales position and will require going door to door interacting with several clients on a daily basis
- Analyze market trends to identify potential business development opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share and improving sales performance.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of success in lead generation and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
