Your Role as a Dental Assistant:
- As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and ensuring our dental practice runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the dentist during procedures.
- Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments.
- Setting up/cleaning, preparing, and breaking down exam rooms
- Assisting with hygiene, flossing, polishing.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Light front desk duties
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient comfort.
Our schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Tuesday to Friday shift
- Tuesday and Wednesday: Work in periodontist's office
- Thursday and Friday: Work in general dentist's office
Qualifications:
- Have a valid Dental Assistant certification.
- Have Dental assisting experience of 1 year minimum (required)
- Have valid X-ray Certification (preferred).
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient care and comfort.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
