Shoreline Events is looking for a motivated and passionate Charity Event Liaison to join our team. This full-time, entry-level position is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a difference while learning the ins and outs of event planning and community engagement. You’ll help coordinate and execute pop-up fundraising events across the Savannah area, supporting local nonprofits and ensuring that their charitable missions create lasting impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and executing pop-up charity events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
- Coordinate logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management.
- Provide hands-on support during events, working directly with staff, vendors, and volunteers.
- Oversee event components such as signage, materials, and equipment, ensuring everything is well-organized and functional.
- Serve as the on-site lead, troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
- Help coordinate promotional efforts and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and donors.
