The Role: In this position, you will be part of the team that processes the finest cherry products and other dried fruits available anywhere in the world. You will work closely with the Quality Department to conduct daily lab tests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and monitor all quality attributes of raw materials. Your duties will include testing in-process checks, pH, sugar brix, allergen, ATP, water activity, and moisture testing on in-process and finished product. You will also perform visual and analytical inspections of equipment prior to process starts and conduct as required during processing activities. Additionally, you will follow all Food Safety, Plant Security, and GMP policies, conduct inspections as required per quality and company programs, and perform various duties within the Quality Department upon request.

Physical Requirements: The position requires an active and on-the-move work style during the shift, which may involve being on your feet for a good portion of the 12-hour shift.
