- Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient communications
- Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate financial records in our practice software
- Handle billing, payment collection, and account maintenance
- Support team goals and contribute to a five-star patient experience every day
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or medical front desk/financial coordination role
- Strong working knowledge of insurance processes and patient financial discussions
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and exceptional customer service focus
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a “can-do” attitude
