Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy and appealing lawns.
- Operate equipment, including zero turn mowers, efficiently and safety
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular checks, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
- Hold professionalism and customer service at a high priority.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools related to landscaping and lawn care tasks.
- Experience in mowing techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with snow plowing operations during winter months is a plus.
- Ability to irrigate effectively for optimal plant health.
- Strong groundskeeping skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Capability to dig and prepare soil for planting as required.
- A genuine interest in lawn care and landscaping activities.
