Duties
- Supervise and coordinate lawn care activities, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Maintain equipment used in lawn care and landscaping to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Familiarity with groundskeeping equipment and tools, including operation of zero-turn lawn mowers.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina.
- A valid driver's license

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
