Operations Manager
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. This role involves managing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, particularly within the automotive or heavy-duty truck parts industry.
Essential Functions

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Supervise, train, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely procurement of materials to prevent production delays.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and complying with OSHA regulations.
- Manage operational budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or heavy-duty truck parts industry.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
