Job Description
Shorepoint is seeking qualified candidates for a long-term, career trajectory Wealth Advisor that will directly and meaningfully impact the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will assist in client advisory, financial planning, investment management, and coordinating administrative aspects of client service. This individual will work directly in coordination with partners and a talented team of wealth management professionals dedicated to servicing sophisticated, high-net-worth individuals and families.
Location
Norwood, MA. While the position is predominately in-person, we offer a flexible work policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, offering tailored financial planning and wealth management advice.
- Develop sophisticated financial plans with complex analysis and models, covering investment, retirement, estate, gift, income tax planning, and philanthropic and risk management issues.
- Participate in client meetings and become integrated into client relationships.
- Explain financial planning, tax, and investment management concepts and strategies to clients through written and verbal communication.
- Coordinate and interact with clients' attorneys, accountants, and other advisors.
- Help the team identify new business opportunities and assist in the closing process.
