Seeking a dynamic Front Desk Concierge to be responsible for greeting and supporting guest registration needs. You will be responsible to perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Greet guests, inputting and retrieving information from the computer. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Managing concierge desk activity and handling guest check-ins in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ensuring guest & owner satisfaction
- Handling guest & owner requests and complaints and directing to other employees or departments accordingly.
- Creating resort packets & tracking of packets to guests & owners.
- Filters Maintenance work order pickups - Remotes, turtle bulbs and balcony light fixtures.
- Mail Outs - Labeling and stuffing of meeting and owner communications.
- Accurately update all official documentation pertaining to the role.
- Answering calls and queries related to guest registration packets.

- Complete all assignments and interactions utilizing the highest standards.
- High comfort level in learning new computer programs and systems.
Essential Job Functions
- Proven experience as a concierge.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in the English language.
- A great deal of patience and confidence.
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a guest focus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays,
Preferred Skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
