Job Summary
The Pool Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all guests at our resort's pool area. This position involves monitoring pool activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for guest services, making every visitor feel valued and cared for.
Duties
- Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with facility rules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs or concerns.
- Engage with guests through public speaking to provide information about pool activities and events.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the pool area, including restrooms, lounges, and surrounding spaces.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and parts used.
- Respond promptly to service calls and address any emergency maintenance issues.
- Interact professionally with the Pool Manager and CAM to address concerns.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests regarding pool activities.
- Familiarity with resort operations will be beneficial in understanding guest expectations.
