The Shores of Worthington is Hiring a Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator!

Responsibilities Include :
Advise managers and make recommendations on facility policy matters.
Assist in determining departmental staffing, evaluate employee performances and and make recommendations to the Administrator concerning hiring, terminations, transfers, etc.
Assist with the hiring, onboarding and general orientation for new employees.
Prepare payroll
Maintain an individual payroll record for each employee's earnings
Computer payroll taxes, accrual of benefits and use of benefit time
Maintain W-2 and W-4 deduction authorizations and tax records for each employee
