Are you handy, reliable, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly? Shores Vacation Rentals is looking for a Maintenance Team Member to join our fast-paced, friendly, and dedicated crew. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of turning into a year-round opportunity for the right fit!
What You’ll Do:
- Support our team by maintaining and repairing vacation rental properties
- Respond to guest and homeowner service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Complete seasonal tasks such as prepping properties for guest stays, addressing minor plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance needs
- Perform property inspections and help keep our homes in tip-top shape
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and reservations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented – You notice the little things that make a big difference
- Great communicator – You're friendly, clear, and respectful in all interactions
- Comfortable using smartphones/tablets to log tasks and updates
- Able to work independently and also as part of a close-knit team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
