What You’ll Do
The Life Enrichment Director plans, organizes, and implements all community-sponsored programs for our residents and their families while enriching the resident's lives by promoting elder socialization, expanding their personal interests, increasing their physical activity, and continuing their education.
As a Life Enrichment Director, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Dining Services, Wellness Team, Maintenance, and Administrator to plan, coordinate and implement resident life enrichment programming.
- Keep records of resident activity.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers,
- Model the Compass Senior Living Leadership Values.
- Develop a plan and coordinate the community volunteer program.
- Plan, implement, print, and distributes a monthly calendar.
