The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the purchasing and processing of packaging equipment parts.
Responsibilities
- Source, quote, and enter sales orders for parts.
- Issue purchase orders of parts - take the order directly from the customer or a Service Tech, research the part number for accuracy, place the order, and follow up with vendors on their status.
- Maintain parts inventory - take a physical inventory weekly, and update parts inventory spreadsheet.
- Process returns of warranty parts.
- Parts research for customers / Service Technicians.
- Receive in parts shipped - confirm receipt of part, notify Service Techs / Dispatcher of receipt, work with Service Tech / Dispatcher as to correct delivery destination, ship part to proper destination.
- Keep parts sourcing spreadsheet up to date.
- Research & develop aftermarket parts options.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Will also have back up responsibilities to the Packaging Equipment Administrators which include :

The targeted compensation for this position is between $25 - $29 / hour plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
