Dishwashers are in charge of washing dishes in the kitchen and the general cleanliness of our Bellaire brewpub. Dishwashers work as a team, helping co-workers to improve the workflow and efficiency of the pub. A Dishwasher should anticipate the busy times and be ready to meet the onslaught of dishes. This is a fairly physical position that involves standing for an entire shift length, having hands and arms immersed in water for extended periods of time, and working in a fast-paced, hectic environment.
