Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer and direct phone inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collect and update customer information for quotes, including contact details and project specifics.
- Assist with marketing and advertising inquiries when needed.
- Manage employment applications by scanning and forwarding to the correct departments.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Summarize and input billing information into spreadsheets for accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in enrolling new hires and maintaining employee files.
- Ensure DOT employee files are up to date, including scheduling annual physicals and obtaining annual driving records.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior Administrative experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy.
